CLIF INGRAM JR

Clifton B. “Clif” Ingram Jr. is a mountain man with a renaissance spirit and a “get ’er done” attitude. A licensed Realtor with NC Mountain Real Estate and a General Contractor since 2014, Clif combines sharp attention to detail with a genuine people-first approach.

Raised in Pilot Mountain, NC, and a graduate of Auburn University, Clif’s journey has taken him from IBM consultant to small business owner, musician, and now trusted guide in Western North Carolina real estate. He’s also certified to sell specialty mushrooms, plays with the Mountain Winds Band, and is known to pen songs about his listings.

When he’s not helping clients buy or sell, Clif is a devoted “horse dad” to his daughter Leona’s palomino quarter horse and miniature donkey. At home in Sylva, he shares life with Melissa, Leona, two dogs (Hunie and Wilma), some quail, and a rabbit.
