In 2025, April took ownership of NC Mountain Real Estate — a deliberate choice to build a firm where ethical practice isn't the exception; it's standard operating procedure. 100s of transactions in Western North Carolina have reinforced what she already believed: the clients who fare best are the ones who are fully informed.

 

April works across residential, land, commercial, and investment properties throughout Jackson County and Western North Carolina. She serves first-time homebuyers, investors, relocating families, and clients navigating challenging sales with the same straightforward counsel regardless of price point or property type.
