Born in Jacksonville, FL, April's roots are in Southwestern VA. A coal miner's great-granddaughter and an engineer's daughter, April moved from MN to TX (and everywhere in between) before finally calling Western NC home. Now with 30+ years in the area, she has the local knowledge you need to facilitate your move. From having successfully raised children, navigating the home building process, and fully immersing herself in the investment property arena, she has the unique perspective you are looking for in your agent. In 2025, April added the title of business owner to her resume. With great pride in the legacy bestowed from her predecessor, April made the leap of faith to assume ownership of NC Mountain Real Estate. Confident in the growth of Western NC and in the resiliency of her Appalachian roots, April is making great strides in the residential and commercial markets.
